Terms

Rascal is a downloadable game application, not a developer-operated online service. There is no Terms of Service agreement for Rascal because no service is offered.

Distribution platforms

Your download, purchase, installation, and use of Rascal may also be subject to the rules and agreements of the platform from which you obtain it, including Google Play.

Third-party platform features

If you choose to use Google Play Games features such as achievements, leaderboards, sign-in, or cloud-linked save functionality, those features are provided by Google and remain subject to Google's own terms, policies, and availability.

No ongoing service commitment

Rascal is offered as an app rather than as a subscription or hosted service. Online platform integrations may change, become unavailable, or be removed if required by platform, technical, or maintenance constraints.

As-is notice

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rascal is provided as-is and as-available, without any separate promise of uninterrupted service, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

If a store listing or distribution platform provides a contact method for the developer, that is the appropriate place to direct questions about the app.
